For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021, Islamic Finance and Investment Limited has recommended a cash dividend of 10.50 percent to its shareholders. At the company’s board of directors meeting, the dividend payout was recommended.
The business said in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Monday that final approval on the dividends will come during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on digital platform on June 29, 2022.
During the quarter, the company recorded an EPS of Tk1.32 and a consolidated NAV per share of Tk15.31. The record date for the declared dividend payout to shareholders has been set for May 31, 2022. Following the Company’s corporate declaration, there will be no price limit on trading of its shares today (May 9).
