Following the recent surge of launching digital healthcare app launch, country’s one of the largest telecom operator Banglalink also launched their digital healthcare service platform “Daktarbhai” to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
The service was launched in collaboration with Banglalink’s service and technology partner Healthcare Information System Ltd (HISL). Useful features such as electronic personal health record, health directory, medicine reminder, sleep reminder and health tips can be used free of charge on the platform.
The platform’s premium section includes health insurance coverage for diagnostic tests and hospitalisation, complementary life insurance, discounts at hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmacies and lifestyle outlets; and appointment booking and consultations with doctors.
Customers can avail all the facilities by installing and subscribing to “Daktarbhai” from Play Store or by dialling USSD code *16643#. Customers can avail the services in 3 different packs – Daily pack @BDT 2.55, Monthly pack @63.75 and Yearly pack @BDT 733.13 (VAT and Taxes Inclusive).
Erik Aas, CEO of Banglalink expected that the initiative will be adding more values to customers’ lives through quality digital services.
