Eastern Bank Ltd (EBL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ananta Real Estate Ltd to provide home loans to its customers for property purchase at the Ananta Terraces, a luxury residential condominium project.
According to a statement, the MoU was signed by M Khorshed Anowar, DMD and Head of Retail and SME Banking of EBL, and Tamanna Rabbani, Vice President of Ananta Real Estate, during a small ceremony conducted at the bank’s head office in Gulshan in the city recently.
Syed Zulkar Nayen, EBL’s Head of Business, Tasnim Hussain, Head of Asset (Retail and SME), Md. Shabu Munshi, Ananta Real Estate’s Chief Marketing Officer Goutam Tarafdar, and Chief Financial Officer Sujit Kumar Saha were also in attendance.
