The 37th Annual General Meeting and 15th Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of IPDC Finance Limited was held on Sunday at Gulshan in Dhaka.
The AGM approved 8.0 per cent stock and 7.0 per cent cash dividend for the year 2018.
The meetings were attended by a large number of shareholders, directors of IPDC Finance Limited representing their respective shareholders and the meeting was presided by Dr. Muhammad Musa, Chairman of IPDC Finance Limited.
Amongst others, the meeting was also attended by Mr. Mominul Islam, Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Samiul Hashim, Company Secretary and other senior officials of the management team of the company.
