LankaBangla Securities Limited launched a ChatBot operation named LINDA (LankaBangla Interactive Direct Assistance) at LankaBangla Securities Motijheel Corporate Office in the capital on Tuesday.
LINDA is a ChatBot which is a conversational interactive artificial intelligence agent that assists users and investors to get their desired queries. The ChatBot is expected to address the existing customer queries of Lankabangla Securities Ltd. and help potential clients with BO account opening information, said a press release. In addition, LINDA comes with a structured set of FAQ to satisfy regular customer queries.
