United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) has signed an agreement with Axiata Digital Bangladesh on buying tickets from bdtickets.com using Upay wallet.
‘bdtickets.com’ is an online ticketing portal owned by Axiata Digital Bangladesh which allows users to purchase bus, launch and air tickets across the country, according to a media release received today (Thursday).
Md Abdullah Al Mamoon, Deputy Managing Director and COO of United Commercial Bank Limited, Md Nurul Huque Manik, Head of Revenues and Digital Commerce, Upay, Shihab Ahmad, Managing Director of Axiata Digital Bangladesh (Pvt) Limited and Faisal Ahmed, General Manager, Digital Ventures Robi Axiata with other Senior Officials from respective organisations were present at the signing ceremony.
