Walton Launches AI Doctor After 2 Years of Development

Walton has launched an AI-based “AI Doctor” for its smart refrigerators, developed by the Walton Research and Innovation (R&I) Centre. The feature, inaugurated at Walton’s corporate office in Dhaka, can automatically analyze the performance of Walton Smart fridges, identify issues, predict component failures, and notify the nearest service center if problems persist. This innovation aims to provide faster after-sales service to customers without them needing to request it. The AI Doctor was developed by the Walton R&I team over nearly two years. Senior officials from Walton Plaza and Walton Hi-Tech Industries attended the launch event, highlighting the company’s advancement in smart fridge manufacturing and Innovative features.
