Cancellation policy

Cancellation Period:

Clients must submit a cancellation request in writing at least 2 days before the desired cancellation date. No cancellation allowed for BBER and other monthly insight report.

Cancellations made outside this period may result in fees as outlined below.

Cancellation Fees:

If a cancellation request is received within the specified period, no cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled end date may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining contract value.

Early Termination:

Clients terminating the contract before the agreed-upon term may be subject to an early termination fee equivalent to 15% of the remaining contract value.

Early termination fees are intended to cover costs associated with processing the cancellation and any losses incurred by D Impact Ventures Bangladesh Ltd.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, including but not limited to data access, analysis, and consulting services.

Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.

Contractual Obligations:

Clients are responsible for fulfilling any outstanding financial obligations outlined in the contract, even in the event of cancellation.

All outstanding invoices must be settled within 7 days of the cancellation date.

Data Ownership:

Upon cancellation, clients may retain access to data provided up to the cancellation date, subject to any contractual limitations.

Any proprietary data or analyses generated by Bizdata Insights remain the property of D Impact Ventures Bangladesh Ltd.

Changes to the Policy:

D Impact Ventures Bangladesh Ltd. reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes, and changes will only apply to future cancellations.
