Billion 10 and EB Solutions Secure $280M Investment from China

During Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s recent visit to China, Billion 10 Communications Limited and EB Solutions Limited signed six agreements, securing a total investment of US$280 million for Bangladesh. These agreements focus on sectors like electric vehicles (EV) and renewable energy, aiming to strengthen economic ties between the two countries. Key partnerships include manufacturing electric vehicles with CHTC (HengYang) Intelligent EV Co. Ltd and establishing a solar park in Sylhet with Ningbo SunEast Solar Co. Ltd. Other agreements involve investments in renewable energy and waste lubricant oil refining industries. EB Solutions Limited will collaborate on the Dhaka City Mobike Project and smart cold chain logistics solutions. The investments are expected to foster economic growth and resource development in Bangladesh, supported by a total of 16 Memoranda of Understanding signed during the visit.
