Pathao, Bangladesh’s largest digital service platform, has donated Tk25 lakh to the Chief Advisor’s Relief and Welfare Fund to support flood-affected communities. Employees contributed a day’s salary, which Pathao matched. From September 1 to 15, safety coverage fees from rides will also support flood recovery, with Pathao matching these funds to double the impact. The company has partnered with BRAC and the As-Sunnah Foundation for additional support. Customers can buy donation cards in the Pathao app, with all proceeds going to the relief efforts. Pathao, founded in 2015, leads in ride-sharing, food delivery, and e-commerce logistics in Bangladesh.
