Prime Bank PLC has partnered with Footstep Bangladesh to enhance access to clean water and renewable energy under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The agreement includes installing water filtration systems in eight public schools in Chattogram and solar panels in 100 fishermen’s households in Cox’s Bazar. Md Ziaur Rahman, deputy managing director and chief risk officer of the bank, and Shah Meem Rafayat Chowdhury, president of Footstep Bangladesh, signed the agreement at the bank’s head office in Gulshan. Rahman highlighted the bank’s commitment to supporting underprivileged communities and promoting sustainable development through impactful CSR activities.
