Bangladesh has taken a significant leap in refrigerator production as electronics brand Walton introduces three new models of smart refrigerators under the AIoT-based Giantech (GT) series. This milestone includes the unveiling of South Asia’s first four-door smart refrigerators and the world’s first 8-in-1 convertible side-by-side door smart fridge. The GT series represents a new era in high-tech refrigerator manufacturing and highlights Bangladesh’s technical prowess. The newly launched models comprise the 660-liter GT Pro Max, 646-litre GT Pro, and 619-litre GT refrigerators.

The GT series incorporates advanced features such as 3D MSO inverter technology, intelligent germ termination, and a smart control feature that enables users to operate the fridge without opening the door, resulting in significant energy savings.

Walton aims to build a smart Bangladesh and has become a leading producer of modern refrigerators globally. The GT series refrigerators will soon be available in the domestic market, offering customers a range of options between Tk1,13,000 and Tk2,00,000. With a one-year replacement warranty, 12 years of compressor guarantee, and five years of free after-sales service, Walton ensures top-notch customer support through its nationwide network of ISO-certified service centers.
