National Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank Limited entrepreneur Nisar Kader has announced the sale of shares listed in the capital market. He has 21 lakh 48 thousand 202 shares of the bank. Out of this, he announced the sale of two lakh shares. These shares will be sold on the Dhaka Stock Exchange’s (DSE) public and block market by October 31st. As of the end of 2022, the bank’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at BDT 2.50, up from BDT 2.47 in the previous fiscal year.
The bank had declared a 5% stock dividend and a 5% cash dividend for shareholders for the year ending December 31, 2022. In the first half of the current fiscal year (January-June 2023), the bank’s EPS increased to BDT 1.50 from BDT 1.49 during the same period last year. The latest closing share price for NCC Bank on the DSE was BDT 13.10, with a one-year range of BDT 13.10 to BDT 14.00.
