BRAC Bank has introduced a “Digital Corner” aimed at educating customers about digital banking services to enhance their banking experience. This initiative will provide information about various digital banking services, including those facilitated by Bangladesh Bank’s NPSB, BEFTN, RTGS, and Bangla QR facilities.
Customers visiting the “Digital Corner” at bank branches will receive assistance from dedicated bank officials to access a wide range of digital services, such as Astha App registration, fund transfers, utility bill payments, mobile recharges, opening and closing of Fixed Deposits and DPS accounts, credit/debit card activation, and more. Customers can also benefit from eKYC for account opening and gain a better understanding of digital banking facilities.
BRAC Bank plans to expand these “Digital Corners” to more branches to provide digital banking education and support to a broader customer base, showcasing the bank’s commitment to superior customer service through multiple digital channels.
