Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has introduced four new digital products, inaugurated by the bank’s Managing Director & CEO, at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka. The new offerings include Quick Balance Inquiry, Quick Merchant On-boarding, Connect 2 Bank, and Islami Bank Help Portal.
The Quick Balance Inquiry service allows customers to check their account balance by calling their registered number for free. Quick Merchant On-boarding enables customers to open a Personal Retail Account by uploading their NID and photo. Connect 2 Bank is a corporate Internet banking module facilitating various transactions, including payments, investment proposals, and interbank fund transfers.
