The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has introduced the “Smart Submission System of DSE,” an online platform developed in collaboration with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE). This system allows listed firms to submit information online, streamlining the process and reducing errors.

The managing director of DSE emphasized that the platform promotes compliance with rules and ensures real-time information transfer between issuers and investors. The President of the Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies praised the initiative, stating that companies, particularly large ones like Berger or Grameenphone, will benefit significantly. The system replaces traditional submission methods, enhancing efficiency and reducing market irregularities. The chairman of DSE highlighted the move towards a paperless capital market for a smarter operation.
