Banglalink Settles Tk160,000 Insurance Claim for B2B Customer

Banglalink, a leading digital service provider in Bangladesh, settled its first insurance claim in the telecom industry for a B2B customer. The claim, amounting to Tk160,000, was made by the widow of a deceased customer who had a Tk251 bundle. This bundle offered 200 minutes, 4GB data, 2GB Toffee, and insurance coverage. The insurance package covers Tk160,000 for accidental death and Tk60,000 for natural death. Additionally, the bundle includes hospitalization coverage and discounts at GLIL partners. Banglalink’s initiative aims to promote insurance awareness and ensure financial security. Guardian Life Insurance Limited (GLIL) expressed satisfaction with the collaboration. Officials from Banglalink presented the cheque in Chattogram. The B2B bundles with integrated insurance provide ease and exclusive coverage for clients. This initiative signifies a proactive approach to financial protection and convenience for B2B consumers in Bangladesh.
