In response to severe flooding affecting 11 districts in Bangladesh, Daraz Bangladesh has launched a major relief initiative in collaboration with Mission Save Bangladesh. The effort, funded by over Tk1 crore from Daraz and employee donations, aims to aid around 3,500 families in the hardest-hit Southeastern and Northeastern regions. The relief operation will unfold in two stages: first, delivering essential supplies like dry food and hygiene items to areas including Monohorgonj and Ramgati within the next few days, and second, focusing on rebuilding homes and livelihoods. Daraz’s logistics network, Daraz Express, will manage the distribution of supplies. The initiative reflects Daraz Bangladesh’s commitment to both immediate relief and long-term recovery, with support from retail partners and active participation from Daraz employees.
