Energypac Power Generation PLC posted a Tk 35.17 crore loss in the July-September quarter of FY 2024-25, driven by rising finance charges and interest rates. This marks a sharp decline from the Tk 99.65 lakh profit recorded in the same period last year. Despite a 33% year-on-year revenue growth to Tk 93.15 crore, the loss translated to a per-share loss of Tk 1.85, compared to last year’s EPS of Tk 0.05. However, operational cash flow improved modestly, with net operating cash flow per share increasing to Tk 0.22 from Tk 0.01 due to better receivables management and supplier credit terms.
