Prime Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Syngenta Bangladesh Limited to offer mortgage-free overdraft loans to Syngenta’s distributors. The agreement enables distributors to access up to BDT 1 crore in financing.

"Islami Bank" has teamed up with "Nagad" to provide "Nagad" with remittance services.  From now Nagad customers can connect with Islami Bank to send remittance over 200 countries, with cash out at a limited cost. Following a 56% growth in the first quarter, Sena Kalyan continued to see higher profits, with second-quarter profits rising 75% compared to the same period last year.  The Company Secretary of the company confirmed this, attributing the increase to a surge in interest income.
