Platform SHE 4.0 has selected 15 exceptional female talents within Grameenphone as mentors. These mentors have been thoughtfully paired with outstanding female mentees from 11 different universities across the country. Rigorous selection ensured the participation of the most talented and hard-working young women.

Over six months, the mentees will gain insights, attend workshops, and develop crucial skills for their future. Platform SHE 4.0 creates a nurturing environment for young women to thrive and achieve their dreams. By connecting mentees from diverse academic backgrounds, the program encourages collaboration, networking, and idea exchange. Platform SHE 4.0 aims to equip bright minds with the skills necessary for success, inspiring and fostering their growth.
