Humayun Kabir Assumes DMD Role at Minister-MyOne Group

Nazia Kabir, partner at "Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed & Associates" and advocate at Bangladesh's Supreme Court, has joined Prime Bank PLC as its first female independent director. A seasoned legal expert with over 20 years of experience, Kabir specializes in company law, banking, project financing, and dispute resolution.

Md Fazlul Kader has been appointed as the 12th managing director of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) for a three-year term. He began his career at PKSF in 1990 and was promoted to additional managing director in 2021, serving as acting managing director since August 2024.
