Linde Bangladesh reported a 46.52% increase in profit to Tk 10.11 crore for Q2 2024, up from Tk 6.90 crore in the same period last year. For the first half of 2024, profits reached Tk 19.84 crore, compared to Tk 13.74 crore in H1 2023. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to Tk 13.04 from Tk 9.03, driven by higher profits despite increased operating expenses and local currency depreciation. The net asset value (NAV) per share increased to Tk 384.30 from Tk 371.27, while net operating cash flow per share improved to Tk 13.69 from Tk 11.74. Linde Bangladesh, a subsidiary of Linde PLC, has been operating since the 1950s and serves over 35,000 customers from three locations and seven sales centers. The company provides various gases and medical products.
