LPG Price Holds at Tk 121.25 per Kg

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has kept the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) unchanged for December at Tk 121.25 per kg, effective from 6 PM Tuesday. Prices for all LPG cylinder sizes, from 5.5 kg to 45 kg, remain stable, as Bangladeshi operators import LPG based on the Saudi contract price, which saw no changes. The price of auto gas for motor vehicles also remains fixed at Tk 66.81 per litre, including VAT. Locally produced LPG, marketed by the state-owned LP Gas Company with less than a 5% market share, will also maintain its current pricing, BERC confirmed.

BERC Raises LPG Prices by Tk 2.88/kg for October

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has raised the prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by Tk 2.88 per kilogram and auto gas by Tk 1.58 per litre for October. As a result, the price of a 12kg LPG cylinder will now be Tk 1,456, an increase of Tk 35 from the previous month.

LPG Price Rises to Tk 1,421 in Sept

The price of a 12-kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder in Bangladesh has been raised by Tk 44, reaching Tk 1,421 for September. This marks the third consecutive month of price increases. In August, the price was raised by Tk 11 to Tk 1,377, and in July, it increased by Tk 3 to Tk 1,366. The new price will take effect from Monday evening, as announced by the regulatory authority.
