ONE Bank has signed an agreement with NEC Money Transfer Limited, a fintech-based remittance transfer company, to enhance remittance services. The deal, formalized at ONE Bank’s head office in Karwan Bazar, aims to facilitate remittances to Bangladesh from countries including Italy, South Africa, Australia, Canada, the UAE, the UK, and other EU nations. This partnership will enable Bangladeshi expatriates to easily send money through any branch or sub-branch of ONE Bank. The collaboration is expected to streamline the remittance process, providing a convenient and efficient way for Bangladeshi wage earners abroad to support their families back home. Senior officials from both organizations were present at the signing ceremony, marking a significant step towards improving financial services for the Bangladeshi diaspora. This initiative underscores the commitment of both ONE Bank and NEC Money Transfer Limited to enhance financial inclusion and support economic growth in Bangladesh through improved remittance services.
