RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Ltd reported a Tk 14.67 crore net loss for Q3 2024, marking a significant decline from a profit in the same period last year. The loss, equivalent to Tk 0.35 per share, stems from production disruptions due to a gas shortage and political instability. Net operating cash flow per share also fell to -Tk 0.37 as the company focused on meeting vendor payments amid weakened sales. RAK’s share price declined by 8.52% to Tk 20.4 following the announcement.
