Bangabandhu Satellite-I may experience temporary broadcast disruptions from March 7 to March 13 due to a solar outage, according to the Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited. These outages, known as solar satellite interference, occur when the sun aligns directly behind the satellite, affecting signal transmission. The disruptions are expected to vary in duration, starting with an 8-minute outage on March 7 at 9:53 AM and increasing to a peak of 13 minutes on March 10 and 11 at 9:50 AM. The outages will gradually decrease, with a 9-minute disruption on March 13 at 9:51 AM.
