These transactions, declared earlier in March, reflect continued confidence in the company, whose shares rose 0.05% during morning trading. As of March 31, 2025, sponsor-directors jointly hold 43.44% of Square Pharma’s shares, while institutional investors hold 13.76%, foreign investors 15.35%, and the general public 27.45%. Established in 1958 and listed in 1995, Square remains Bangladesh’s largest pharmaceutical company, maintaining sector leadership since 1985. Its robust domestic and international presence makes it a key player in both the pharmaceutical export market and national healthcare supply chain.
