The Bangladeshi Taka has remained stable against the US dollar since August, trading at BDT 120 for imports and BDT 119 for exports. This stability, along with increased remittances and reduced imports, has raised foreign exchange reserves to $25.42 billion as of October 28. The central bank’s limited dollar sales and increased purchases from commercial banks have further supported reserve growth.
