The Trading Corporation of Bangladesh, which is owned by the state, has started selling essential goods to 10 million low-income families across the country at discounted prices from Sunday, 14 May,2023. The program is expected to be launched at 10 a.m. in Badda area of the capital by the Minister of Commerce, Tipu Munshi.
According to a TCB spokesperson, Humayun Kabir, the trucks’ locations and distribution schedules will be communicated to the beneficiaries, who hold family cards, one day before distribution.
