Walton Hi-Tech Industries has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sri Lanka’s Monik Trading Private Ltd to jointly develop brands and expand their market presence. The MoU, disclosed on November 18 on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), establishes a framework for collaboration between the two companies. It focuses on continuous product purchases, marketing initiatives, quality customer service, and enhanced product promotion. Monik Trading, headquartered in Badulla, Sri Lanka, will partner with Walton to execute a detailed business roadmap aimed at strengthening their competitive position in the market.

This strategic alliance underscores Walton’s commitment to expanding its international footprint and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. Walton shares on the DSE remained steady at Tk 492.20 on November 18, reflecting stable investor confidence amidst this significant development.
